:no_entry_sign: Deprecation Notice
The manual Visual Optimizations feature has been retired. All visual optimization capabilities are now handled automatically by the built-in Color Overrule System, which requires no manual intervention.
If you previously relied on Visual Optimizations, you do not need to take any action — the system now manages all entity coloring in real time, without any commands or manual steps.
:arrows_counterclockwise: What Replaced It
The Color Overrule System automatically manages entity colors based on the following scopes:
|
Scope |
What It Does |
|---|---|
|
:droplet: Fluid Stream Coloring |
Entities are colored based on the fluid flowing through them (e.g., WFI lines in blue, CIP caustic in orange) |
|
:traffic_light: Item State Coloring |
Entities reflect their current valve or instrument state (e.g., open valves in green, closed in red) |
|
:factory: Equipment Module Highlighting |
Equipment modules are visually highlighted when selected for easy identification on busy P&IDs |
These visual updates happen in real time without any manual intervention.
