At the moment the table format is available as a Static Custom Sheet. Contact us for Table Format export

The standard export format follows the structure:

• Each exported Process will produce a, Excel Workbook with the same name as the process, Containing one Excel Worksheet. This Worksheet contains a Process Table

• Each Phase within any Process will produce a column in the Worksheet of the Process

• On each Worksheet the following information can be contained:

  • Engineering Item’s States and Percentages as a Process Table

  • Manual Tracker’s Values as a Process Table

  • Targeted Tracker’s Values as a Process Table

  • Phase Notes as an aggregation in the Process Table

  • Process/Module Notes

  • Algorithm table with each Condition as a concatenated sequence

Process Table

Represent a tabular structure containing the States of each Engineering Item in each Phase, as well as text information provided by Trackers or Notes.

It can contain all the engineering Items in a Project, or just a part of them, or the Engineering items withing an Equipment Module.

Templates

Creating a block template will produce such a file:

Then you can proceed with customizing it as you wish:

Once you customize the template, simply save it and close the file. The location of the file is automatically assigned.

Export

Depending on the platform, you will be taken from various way to the export window where an export template has been already selected:

Chose which processes to export, and which Highlighter to use.

Pressing the Export button will produce such a result:
