Export processes to Excel to generate structured tabular data about valve states, equipment modules, and conditions across all steps. Unlike PDF export which renders visual P&ID diagrams, Excel export produces data tables suitable for validation, review, and collaboration.
Access the Excel export from the Export panel in the Module Ribbon.
Use Cases
-
Generate structured data for SCADA system validation
-
Share with colleagues or clients for remote review from any device
-
Support validation change requests during the qualification period
-
Create formatted reports using Excel templates with custom layouts

Cumulative Export
Excel process exports are cumulative — re-exporting to an existing file updates the data while preserving your formatting and additional content. This is powered by the Excel Tabular Export engine.
