Beyond Process exports (which export step sequences to Excel or PDF), AseptSoft provides dedicated export and import tools for all types of Module Data.

Module Data exports are accessible from the Module Ribbon → Export panel, or from the Module Data window via the import/export buttons at the bottom.

🏭 Pharma Example — Exporting Equipment Module Configurations for SAT

During a Site Acceptance Test (SAT) for a WFI system, the commissioning team needs a complete list of all equipment module configurations (e.g., how each valve group is set up for "Sanitize," "Drain," "Bypass"). Export the equipment modules to Excel, share the file with the site team for markup, and re-import any corrections. The cumulative export ensures your existing annotations are preserved on each update cycle.
