Export Processes to Excel - Validations

The Validations export is one of the Excel Tabular Exports containing the Validation status of each Engineering Item in each Step for each Process.

Access: From the Export Processes to Excel window -> Validations tab.

🏭 Pharma Example — Exporting Validation Progress for a GMP Audit

During a GMP audit, the quality assurance team needs evidence that every valve state in every CIP/SIP step has been reviewed and formally validated. Export the validation status to Excel to produce a clear matrix showing which items have been validated and which are still pending. The auditor can see at a glance that "VP-101 in Step 3: Pre-rinse" is validated while "VP-205 in Step 5: Drain" is still awaiting review. This export serves as documentary evidence for the Review Session completion.
